Overview
The Human Relations Commission (HRC) fosters mutual understanding and respect among the diverse groups of the community, and the improvement of inter-personal relations, and works to eliminate prejudice and discrimination. It also advises the City Council on all matters relating to human services, public and private, in the City of Fremont.
