Directory of Assisted Housing for Southern Alameda County

The directory provides a list of apartment complexes which have below market rate (BMR) rental units. Please download a copy of the Directory of Assisted Housing for Southern Alameda County and contact the apartment complexes directly to inquire about availability of BMR units, eligibility criteria, application process, rent amounts, etc. Most complexes listed in the booklet may have a wait list, so please contact more than one complex and place your name on their waiting or interest list.
