The City of Fremont has partnered with ARC Solutions to print, sell, issue addendums and maintain a plan holders list for PWC projects. Contractors interested in registering with City of Fremont for PWC projects can complete the Contractors Registration Form and email to Purchasing@fremont.gov. Registration can also be done when purchasing plans and spec’s directly through ARC Solutions.
Bid are received and opened for PWC projects in the Purchasing Division of the Finance Department located at 3300 Capitol Avenue, Building B, Fremont, CA94538. Bids are received up to 2:00 PM on the date published in the bid documents. Late bids are not accepted, therefore bidders are encouraged to allow themselves ample time. At 2:00 PM all bids received are opened and read aloud in a public bid opening. Awards are not determined until the project manager has reviewed all bids.
All documents are available for viewing prior to purchase. Fees for purchasing documents are non-refundable, and no partial sets are sold.
