Aqua Camp (Ages 6-8 & 9-12)

Each week this all-inclusive summer camp will have a fun and exciting theme. This week long camp pairs aquatic activities with arts and crafts to keep your kids active and engaged this summer. TRAINED LIFE GUARDS ARE ON DUTY AT ALL TIMES. Participants must be comfortable in the water. Life jackets will be provided, with a heavy emphasis on water safety. A camp t-shirt, lunch, and snack is included with registration. Please send your camper with a swimsuit (NO ZIPPERS or GROMMETS), a towel, pair of tennis shoes, change of clothes, sunscreen, and a water bottle. There are no refunds for missed camps and make-up days are not available.

AQUA Break
Junior Lifeguard (Ages 12-15)
Get HANDS-ON experience as a Junior Lifeguard! Learn and practice basic lifeguard and first aid skills. Learn how to recognize potential hazards, prevent accidents, respond to emergencies and aid in swim lessons. Participants successfully passing this class will be well on their way to becoming a future lifeguard and are eligible to volunteer in the Water Safety Department at Aqua Adventure Waterpark.

Junior Sailing Program

For more information, call (510) 790-5546 or email. Students should have clothes for both warm or cool weather, soft soled shoes, and a change of clothes in case they get wet.
Level 1
Learn one of the most fulfilling and rewarding lifetime sports for the total outdoor summer experience! Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of safely maneuvering sail powered craft, rigging and de-rigging, and water safety while working in a supportive, team environment with quality instructors. The days will be filled with sailing, and the total camp experience.
Level 2
The Intermediate Sailing class is for students who have completed the Beginning Sailing class, or have about 12-15 hours experience sailing as a skipper or crew.  This class will teach some techniques and offer practice beyond the beginner course, such as light and heavy air techniques, more on right of way and simple race techniques.

Where can you find all the fresh air and fun of the great outdoors? Come see us and all that Central Park and Lake Elizabeth has to offer. This invigorating camp is full of activity, games, art projects, and nature. Fishing, Nature birding walks, Boating Safety are key components to this camp, not to mention paddleboats, kayaks, and going to the Aqua Adventure waterpark on one of the days. You will even get special guest appearances from the Park Rangers, and don't forget the BBQ at the end of the week. Nature, Fun and some much more!
