Reserving FRC Meeting Rooms
The Fremont Family Resource Center (FRC) is centrally located in downtown Fremont, near Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) and offers affordable, spacious meeting rooms to community, government, educational agencies, and others needing a gathering place. Space is available on a low-cost basis.

Rental Details
  • Rentals can be made up to three months in advance.
  • Rental days / hours: Seven days a week, 8 a.m. - 11 p.m.
  • Chairs and Tables are included
  • A/V equipment available upon request
  • Deposit: $250 refundable deposit is required
  • Rental rates: Range from $35 - $95 per hour (see below)
