The City organizes housing workshops throughout the year. Workshops are free to attend, and each session focuses on a unique topic. Some topics are specifically focused for landlords or tenants, and others are general topics that apply to everyone.

Wednesday, May 18, 2022 - Affordable Housing 101 Webinar

The City is excited to announce an Affordable Housing 101 Webinar on Wednesday, May 18 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. The online webinar will be hosted by the City's Housing Division and will include the following:

  • Information on how to qualify and apply for two new affordable housing developments coming soon to Fremont: Doug Ford Senior Apartments and Granite Ridge Family Apartments.
  • Information on fair housing from the perspectives of both applicants and developers.
