Support Fremont's Temporary Housing Navigation Center

As a Compassionate City, we created Fremont’s first Housing Navigation Center.

As part of the City of Fremont’s strategic approach to addressing the growing homeless crisis, the City opened a temporary Housing Navigation Center (HNC). The HNC is an innovative approach to help those experiencing homelessness find housing while providing a clean, safe, and calm environment so participants can focus on finding stable, permanent housing. The HNC is located adjacent to City Hall and was completed on August 31.

Thank you to everyone whose support helped this project come to fruition.

At this time, volunteer service days will not be scheduled for fall 2020. The City appreciates your understanding as we work together to slow the spread of COVID-19.
