Plan Review Schedule

The extent of the review required to issue building permits for a project depends upon the project type, which is determined based on: project scope of work; project location; use or occupancy type of the structure; and environmental impact. The timetable listed below outlines the approximate plan review period for each project type.

Please be advised that expedited plan check reviews are not available at this time. City staff will continue to monitor this and provide updates when available.
