  • Submit Application Packet to Jimmy Dilks at jdilks@fremont.gov or mail to City of Fremont Recreation Services 3300 Capitol Ave. Bldg B Fremont, CA 94538 (Packet includes: Picnic Use Application, Alcohol Use Permit, Rules & Regulation Agreement, Credit Card Authorization Form)
  • Payment accept by credit/debit card or check only (reservations paid by check must be made 14 days in advance)
