Technical Peer Review

When is a Technical Peer Review Required?

A Technical Peer Review is used to process and document Third Party Technical Reviews:  City Staff will notify you if a Technical Peer Review is Required as part of your project review and approval process.  The most common reason for a technical peer review is when your project is located within a geotechnical hazard zone which requires a peer review of the project geotechnical report.
