Mobile Home Fee and Tax Waiver Program


The California Department of Housing and Community Development is helping mobile home owners waive their fees and back taxes with the Register Your Mobile Home California program. This new state program can make legal ownership possible by waiving certain fees and back taxes and saving homeowners money.

The program is set to expire in December 2019 so if you are interested, apply today

Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Ordinance


The City of Fremont Municipal Code (Section 3-13100) contains the Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Ordinance that clarifies the process through which rents can be increased at mobile home parks within the city. Rent increases shall generally be limited to one increase in any consecutive 12-month period.
