Dog Training

Give your dog the best chance to be proud of his owner! Dog training starts with you! Puppy Kindergarten (Puppies up to 5 mo) Give your puppy the best start in life during this critical learning stage through socialization, beginning obedience and behavior problem-solving. Family Dog - Basic Training  is geared toward dogs 5 months and older. Using reward based training methods, your dog will build confidence and be enthusiastic about learning a variety of behaviors (sit, down, stay, settle, come, leave it, leash manners, focus among distractions, go to your mat and more). For dogs interested in using their nosing and tracking Continuing Nosework-Generalization Class is for dogs that have already passed NACSW ORT for Birch or have instructor approval. Fremont Earthquake Walk 

Over the last million years, the natural beauty of Fremont has been shaped by the Hayward Fault. In association with the USGS, Math Science Nucleus Instructors will be leading these 'ground breaking' tour exposing the science and beauty of the Hayward Fault. This fault is one of 10 active faults in the world actually creeping at 5 mm/year. The Fremont Earthquake Walk (Ages 8 & up) will take place at Central Park (Lake Elizabeth) and explores dramatic faulting effects in both natural and urban environments. Even view the floor of a building that reveals dramatic evidence of this fault activity. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
