1. How can I request a refund or transfer for an activity?: Submit your request by completing this online form at www.Fremont.gov/RegeRecRequest

3. Can I register over the phone?: No, but we you can register online, by email (scan/photograph registration form), by fax, or in person.

4. What is your Federal Tax ID number?: 94-6027361

5. Where can I find the Rec Guide?: ONLINE: www.Fremont.gov/RecGuide
PRINT: Registration Desk, Community Centers, Central Park, Fremont Main Library.

6. How can I update my account information?: Yes, You can update most information on your own. Contact the registration desk to update your information either via email (RegeRec@Fremont.gov) or by phone (510) 494-4300.

9. What is your refund/transfer policy?

Refunds are allowed if requested up to seven (7) calendar days prior to the start of the activity. As always, a $10 per class withdrawal fee will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to four weeks for receipt of refund by check.

Transfers are allowed up to seven (7) calendar days prior to the start of the class. There is no charge for this service.

Requests can be made online at Fremont.gov/RegeRecRequest.

10. My activity got cancelled... What do I do now?: We reserve the right to cancel an activity for any reasonable cause. Should this happen, you will be refunded in full or you may transfer to any open activity. You can use your credit online. Or to request a refund back to the original method of payment, please email staff at RegeRec@fremont.gov.
