The Resource Directory includes helpful contact information for organizations and businesses that the City of Fremont receives the most inquiries about from residents.

Please note that many of the listings are for programs and services not provided by the City of Fremont. While not formally endorsed by the City of Fremont, the included businesses are designated as "Green Businesses" through the Alameda County Green Business Program.

Working Wellness - FRC

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

The Working Wellness Team is a group of dedicated professionals from a variety of different agencies who work collaboratively with CalWORKs participants (individuals receiving public assistance) to assist them in achieving economic self-sufficiency. The team provides comprehensive evaluation and service planning to ensure a high level of coordinated assistance covering a broad spectrum of needs.
