Resource Directory Listings

The Resource Directory includes helpful contact information for organizations and businesses that the City of Fremont receives the most inquiries about from residents.

Please note that many of the listings are for programs and services not provided by the City of Fremont. While not formally endorsed by the City of Fremont, the included businesses are designated as "Green Businesses" through the Alameda County Green Business Program.

Tri-City Health Center

Senior Health Screening Program:
Provides health screening services to low- and moderate-income seniors at the Fremont Senior Center. The Center provides blood pressure checks, counseling and referral services, blood tests to determine glucose levels and lipid panels, as well as podiatry services and vision screening.

HIV/AIDS Services:
This program provides a comprehensive HIV/AIDS program that includes various services for Fremont residents. These services include case management, benefits advocacy, individual and family counseling, support groups, peer support and advocacy, legal assistance, housing assistance, grocery vouchers, emergency financial assistance, and credit counseling.
