The Resource Directory includes helpful contact information for organizations and businesses that the City of Fremont receives the most inquiries about from residents.

Please note that many of the listings are for programs and services not provided by the City of Fremont. While not formally endorsed by the City of Fremont, the included businesses are designated as "Green Businesses" through the Alameda County Green Business Program.

Tri-City Children and Youth Service - Alameda County

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Tri-City Children and Youth Service is a division of the County's Behavioral Services Agency and offers outpatient services for children with chronic, persistent mental health needs. Services include individual therapy, family and group therapy, and play therapy. To obtain services, call the ACCESS Line at (800) 491-9099.
