The Resource Directory includes helpful contact information for organizations and businesses that the City of Fremont receives the most inquiries about from residents.

Please note that many of the listings are for programs and services not provided by the City of Fremont. While not formally endorsed by the City of Fremont, the included businesses are designated as "Green Businesses" through the Alameda County Green Business Program.

Deaf Counseling, Advocacy, and Referral Agency

Senior Program:
Provides one-on-one services, community education workshops, and recreation to deaf seniors at the Fremont Senior Center and at the Fremont Oak Gardens. Services include communication access, independent living skills, I&R, peer counseling, and advocacy.

Deaf Counseling and Advocacy:
Provides one-on-one services, community education workshops, and acts as a client advocate for deaf, deaf-blind, and hard-of-hearing persons. Community education will focus on daily living issues. Services include communication access, independent living skills, I&R, advocacy, and peer counseling. Services are provided from the FRC and CA School for the Deaf.
