Resource Directory Listings

The Resource Directory includes helpful contact information for organizations and businesses that the City of Fremont receives the most inquiries about from residents.

Please note that many of the listings are for programs and services not provided by the City of Fremont. While not formally endorsed by the City of Fremont, the included businesses are designated as "Green Businesses" through the Alameda County Green Business Program.

Afghan Coalition

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

A community-based organization that helps the refugee community in the Fremont area to have access to all services that are available to them. This agency offers programs such as support group for women, youth leadership program, community training, community events, health navigation and advocacy, mental health services, case management, I&R, and youth tutoring and mentorship.
