The Resource Directory includes helpful contact information for organizations and businesses that the City of Fremont receives the most inquiries about from residents.

Please note that many of the listings are for programs and services not provided by the City of Fremont. While not formally endorsed by the City of Fremont, the included businesses are designated as "Green Businesses" through the Alameda County Green Business Program.

Abode Services (formerly Tri-City Homeless Coalition)

Abode Services (formerly Tri-City Homeless Coalition or TCHC) provides shelter (22,500 bed-nights) and 24-hour supportive services (including meals, case management, and job counseling) to homeless families and individuals in one of its shelter service programs. Services will be provided at Sunrise Village, BridgeWay Apartments, Winter Relief emergency shelter, and Project Independence.
