The Age Well Center at Lake Elizabeth is pleased to announce the third annual Wellness Expo. The WE 2025 event will feature:
- Free health screenings
- Interactive exercise demonstrations
- Healthy recipes and nutrition tips
- Connection with community and health education resources
Older adults and their families are encouraged to attend and learn about services and resources available for older adults 55+. This year’s expo is sponsored by Kaiser Permanente and is free for the public.
