Enjoy a hot breakfast, receive a tour of the Age Well Center and participate in demonstrations of our fun classes.

Help spread the word by bringing a friend, colleague, neighbor or church member, that could benefit from learning about the AWC at South Fremont! The center is a hub for fun, community connection and wellness opportunities for adults 55+. It's also an awesome place to have lunch and to rent for personal events.
