Hazardous Condition, No Fire
Includes spills, gas leaks, electrical issues, or structural hazards where there is no fire but the situation is dangerous.
Overpressure, Rupture, Explosion, Overheat, No Fire
Involves situations like gas line ruptures, chemical reactions, or equipment overheating that do not result in actual fire but may pose danger or property risk.
Severe Weather & Natural Disaster
Incidents related to extreme weather or natural events, such as floods, earthquakes, or tsunamis that may require rescue or assessment.
