Replaces the Ardenwood Regional Preserve Advisory Committee (ARPAC) to provide advisory oversight for Ardenwood consistent with the Land Use Development Plan, open new lines of communication regarding other District facilities that serve Fremont residents, and streamline administrative processes and reduce workload impacts on staff from both the City of Fremont and East Bay Regional Park District
