The Historical Architectural Review Board (HARB) reviews and makes decisions regarding architectural design, landscaping, and signs for historic resources and buildings other than single-family dwellings within historic districts.
Members of the HARB are required to file an annual Statement of Economic Interests with the City Clerk.
