Limits and Requirements

• Up to 2 boxes per resident allowed (size: 10” x 12” x 24”).
• Open to Fremont residents only. ID or proof of residency required.
• NO COMMERCIAL BUSINESS DOCUMENTS ALLOWED.

• White and colored paper (any size)
• File folders
• Window envelopes
• Paper clips, staples, rubber bands, and small binder clips

Not Accepted

• Photographs
• Plastic sheet protectors
• Binders (including binder clips, spiral-bound, vinyl, or 3-ring binders)
• Padded envelopes
• Newspapers and magazines

Event Process and Safety Guidelines

• Drive-through only. Please remain in your vehicle.
• Staff will collect your documents for shredding.
• On-site shredding provided by Corodata. Watch your documents be securely destroyed.

Event Process and Safety Guidelines

• Labels and Personal Information – Please remove or black out any personal details from medication packaging before drop-off.
• Secure Disposal – Medications will be safely collected and disposed of following all regulations.
• Personal and Confidential – No personal information required.

Bring your old prescription eyeglasses for recycling.

Bring sharps in approved containers to the Washington Health booth located outside in the plaza.

Bring your mercury thermometers for safe disposal.

Bring your unused condiment packets—ketchup, dipping sauces, soy sauce, and more! We’re also collecting unused disposable utensils like forks, spoons, and knives. These items will be reused!

Bike East Bay will provide bike parking and a kids’ bike rodeo.

Bike Valet Parking

• Enjoy this free service.
• Securely park your bike while attending the event.
• 10 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
• Closes promptly at 2:00 p.m. Bikes must be picked up before that time.

Rodeo

• Enjoy this free kids’ activity.
• 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
• Rodeo is for ages 5 to 12.
• Kids can build cycling skills and confidence through games and drills.
• Bikes and helmets provided, or bring your own.
• Free bike lights and stickers for participants.
• Kids must be accompanied by an adult.
• Kids must be able to pedal.
