- We activated our 14th fire Company.

- Phoenix G2 Station Alerting System:
- First Fire Department / agency in Alameda County to transition to the System.
- Improves dispatch efficiency and situational awareness significantly.
- Emergency Management:
- Played a crucial role throughout the year, supporting community resilience through:
- Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training
- Incident Command System (ICS)/ Standardized Emergency Management System (SEMS) education
- Emergency Operations Center readiness.
