Income Limits for Affordable Housing
To qualify for affordable housing in Fremont, applicants must meet certain income limit requirements.

Percent of 2025 Area Median Income (AMI) Figures
To qualify for affordable housing, households must not earn more than the annual gross income listed in the table below based on their household size. For example, to qualify for a very low income unit at 50% of the AMI, a 2-person household must not earn more than $63,950 a year before taxes to qualify.
*Due to adjustments by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the income percentages will not correspond with Area Median Income figures.
