Reserving FRC Meeting Rooms

The Fremont Family Resource Center (FRC) is centrally located in downtown Fremont, near Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) and offers affordable, spacious meeting rooms to community, government, educational agencies, and others needing a gathering place. Space is available on a low-cost basis. 

Details

• Available for in person & virtual meetings, workshops, trainings, webinars
• Rentals can be made up to three months in advance.
• Rental days / hours: Seven days a week, 8 a.m. - 11 p.m.
• Small & Large Rooms for 20 – 80 people (room capacity less with tables)
• Chairs and Tables are included
• 70” TV Screens with video conferencing cameras
• Deposit: $275 refundable deposit is required
• Rental rates: Range from $40 - $110 per hour (see below).  Rental rates are subject to change without notice.
