About the Project

The project consists of general demolition, clearing and grubbing, rough grading; installation of conduit, transformer and switchgear for new PG&E service; installation of sanitary sewer line, potable water line, and field inlet; installation of electrical line to the new restroom building, electrical conduits for signal and lighting control; installation of fire sprinklers, foundation subbase preparation for placement the new restroom building; installation of concrete paving, curb and gutter, and site furnishings. 

This project will be managed by the Public Works Engineering/Facilities Department.

Timeline

Project is anticipated to start in late fall 2024 and was to be completed by January 2025. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the project completion is delayed to early 2026.
