About the Project

The project includes the construction of eight standard pickleball courts facility at an existing underutilized parking lot at the Central Park. The project scope includes demolition and removal of existing asphalt and concrete surfacing; removal of existing chain link fencing, concrete curbs and gutters; protection of existing asphalt pavement to use as a base for new asphalt paving and Plexipave acrylic pickleball court surfacing. The new improvements include perimeter fencing, ADA accessible path of travel, handicap parking stall, site furnishings including in-ground pickleball nets and posts, benches, trash and recycling receptacles and drinking fountain.

Timeline

Anticipated construction for this project is scheduled to begin in December 2023 and to be completed by Winter 2024 barring unforeseen conditions and weather delays.
