The City of Fremont’s Tiny Tots Program welcomes hundreds of young learners each year, guided by dedicated teachers who go above and beyond to inspire curiosity, confidence, and growth. Our teaching team creates a warm, engaging environment where every child can thrive. Meet the wonderful educators who make this program so special.

Ms. Vicki

Ms. Vicki has been with the City of Fremont’s Tiny Tots Preschool Program since 2006 and has over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, including work with the Fremont Unified School District and private childcare. She is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where young children can thrive, explore, and develop a lifelong love of learning. She finds joy in seeing the smiles of her students, the hugs they give, and the connections built with families. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys camping, hiking, exploring nature, and taking dance classes.

Ms. Wing

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Ms. Wing was inspired by the many great teachers in her life to pursue her own career in education. She began teaching in 2001 after graduating from the University of Education in Hong Kong and later earned a Certificate of Vocal Music Performance from Ohlone College.

Now in her tenth year with the City of Fremont’s Tiny Tots Program, Ms. Wing teaches Parent & Me and Preschooler classes. She is passionate about engaging young children through singing, storytelling, crafts, and hands-on activities that spark curiosity and joy. Outside the classroom, she enjoys exploring new places, playing piano, painting, photography, and cooking.

Ms. Sheetu

Ms. Sheetu has been a dedicated teacher with the City of Fremont’s Tiny Tots Program since 2004. Originally from Kathmandu, Nepal, she was inspired to pursue early childhood education by her mother, a passionate kindergarten teacher. Sheetu loves working with preschoolers and believes in fostering creativity, curiosity, and a sense of responsibility for the world around them. She finds joy in each day’s new adventures and in the fresh perspectives her students bring to the classroom.
