Applicants must be Fremont Residents and submit a copy of one of the qualifying documents listed below dated within 30 days of submitting the scholarship form. 

• PG&E Bill with a CARE or FERA Discount
• General Assistance (Notice of Action or Copy of Check from County Social Services)
• CalWORKS (Notice of action, printout, or benefit letter)

Scholarship applications and registration can be completed online. Scholarships are first-come, first-served to eligible Fremont residents. Please note: There is a limit to the amount scholarships available, so please register early. Use the Scholarship Request Form to apply. See below for more details on scholarship offered and eligibility.

1. Review scholarships offered and scholarships eligibility requirements. If you qualify and are interested in registering, complete the following steps: 
2. Complete our online scholarship form and upload your qualifying document*.   
3. An account on our registration system is required. Visit www.RegeRec.com to create your account today. If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it by using the Forgot Password link. Please be sure to add all members of your household. 
4. Staff will review scholarship requests and qualifying documents.
5.  Please check your email for staff approval and the information on the next steps (approximately within 2 business days). 
6. If approved, you will be emailed a coupon code. Register online  and use the code at checkout to receive your scholarship(s). Please note: scholarships are limited. Parents/guardians will be responsible for paying the remaining cost of programs (if applicable).
