Located within a 10-acre park in the "Heart of Fremont". The combination facility-park location creates the perfect atmosphere for any rental occasion; ranging from family gatherings, to business meetings, to celebrations of all kinds. 

Rooms

  • Centerville Room*: Accommodates 230 people. Spacious room includes a fully equipped commercial kitchen, and a ready dance floor. 
  • Niles Room*: Accommodates 150 people. Spacious room includes an attached outdoor atrium, projector screen, and a ready dance floor. (No kitchen access) 
  • Meeting Room*: Accommodates 50 people. Includes spacious counter space, projector screen/white board, two sinks, and an outdoor patio area. (No kitchen access) 
  • Children’s Party Room: Accommodates 45 people. Includes a sink, private patio/playground, child sized restroom, and child sized tables and chairs that can accommodate up to 24 children. Check current availability online. 
  • Picnic Area: Accommodates 40 people. Includes 4 picnic tables and two charcoal grills. 

*Each room is provided with tables and chairs to accommodate their maximum seating capacity. 

Rental Hours 

The Centerville Community Center is available to rent Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. or on Friday and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to midnight.

Rental Rates

For ALL rentals, there is a Refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit of $275. Full payment is required upon approval of application. 

  • Applicants must show proof of residency and/or proof of Fremont Non-Profit status when booking for discounts. 
  • Saturday rentals by Fremont Non-Profit groups are charged the hourly resident rate. 
  • City policy states that events with 100+ guests require an additional staff member at $25/hr

How to Reserve 

 

  • Submit Rental Packet Picnic & Park with driver’s license and/or other above documents via email or in person at Centerville Community Center 3355 Country Dr., Fremont, 94536 during business hours.  

  • Payment accepted in full by credit/debit card, check, and cash (reservations by check must be made 14 days in advance).
