Los Cerritos Community Center is located in a peaceful 12-acre community park in the Brookvale area of Fremont. The facility is perfect for various group gatherings, such as Birthdays, Quinceaneras, Meetings, Conferences, Baby Showers, Graduations, Baptisms, Wedding Receptions, Reunions, Social Gatherings and more!

Rooms

  • Multi-Purpose Room: Accommodates 150 people. Spacious room includes a fully equipped residential kitchen, attached outdoor atrium with patio chairs and a projector screen. 

  • Children’s Party Room: Accommodates 40 people. Includes a sink, private patio/playground, child sized restroom, and child sized tables and chairs that can accommodate up to 24 children. View the current availability online. 

  • Picnic A: Uncovered area accommodates 35 people with 2 picnic tables and 2 charcoal grills. 

  • Picnic B: Sheltered Pavilion area accommodates 25 people with 2 picnic tables and 1 charcoal grill. 

  • Picnic C: Sheltered Pavilion area accommodates 50 people with 4 picnic tables and 1 large charcoal grill. 

Each room is provided with tables and chairs to accommodate their maximum seating capacity. 

Rental Hours 

The Los Cerritos Community Center is available to rent Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. or on Friday and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to midnight.

Rental Rates

For ALL rentals, there is a Refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit of $275. Full payment is required upon approval of application. 

  • Applicants must show proof of residency and/or proof of Fremont Non-Profit status when booking for discounts. 

  • Saturday rentals by Fremont Non-Profit groups are charged the hourly resident rate. 

  • City policy states that events with 100+ guests require an additional staff member at $25/hr

How to Reserve 

  • Submit Rental Packet Picnic & Park with driver’s license and/or other above documents via email or in person at Los Cerritos Community Center, 3377 Alder Dr. Fremont, 94536 during business hours.  

  • Payment accepted in full by credit/debit card, check, and cash (reservations by check must be made 14 days in advance).
