Located in southern Fremont, the Warm Springs Community Center offers a variety of facilities in a quiet, 12-acre park setting. 

Rooms

  • Multipurpose Room: This spacious room can accommodate 150 people and includes a kitchen, outdoor patio space, and access to the outdoor park area. 
  • Craft/Meeting Room: Accommodates 37 standing and 24 seated. Features plenty of counter space, a built-in sink, and a whiteboard. Ideal for meetings with up to 24 guests. 
  • Meeting Room - Park: Accommodates 31 standing and 24 seated. Detached from the main building, this room offers beautiful park views, a built-in sink, and a whiteboard. Perfect for meetings with up to 24 guests. 
  • Children’s Party Room: Accommodates 30 people. Includes a sink, private patio/playground, child-sized restroom, tables and chairs for 20 children and 10 adult-sized chairs. Click HERE to check current availability.  
  • Picnic Area: Accommodates up to 60 people. Includes 6 picnic tables and four charcoal grills. 

Each room is provided with tables and chairs to accommodate their maximum seating capacity. 

Rental Hours 

The Warm Springs Community Center is available to rent Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. or on Friday and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to midnight.

Rental Rates

For ALL rentals, there is a Refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit of $275. Full payment is required upon approval of application. 

  • Applicants must show proof of residency and/or proof of Fremont Non-Profit status when booking for discounts.

    • Saturday rentals by Fremont Non-Profit groups are charged the hourly resident rate. 

    • City policy states that events with 100+ guests require an additional staff member at $25/hr

    How to Reserve 

    • Submit Rental Packet Picnic & Park with driver’s license and/or other above documents via email or in person at 47300 Fernald St., Fremont, 94539 during business hours.  

    • Payment accepted in full by credit/debit card, check, and cash (reservations by check must be made 14 days in advance).
