How can I update my account information?
Yes, you can update most account information on your own. Contact the registration desk to update your information either via email at RegeRec@Fremont.gov or by phone (510) 494-4300.
How many staff per camp?
Each camp will have 1:10 staff to camper ratio. View the Safety Plan at for more details.
Lunch is provided for certain full day in-camps full only by Central Park Catering & Events. If your child has any allergies and/or dietary restrictions, please list them at the time of registration under Emergency Info. My activity got cancelled. What do I do now?
We reserve the right to cancel an activity for any reasonable cause. Should this happen, you will be refunded in full or you may transfer to any open activity. You can use your credit online. Or to request a refund back to the original method of payment, please email staff at RegeRec@fremont.gov.
My child has an aide/specialist that will attend camp//class... What do I do?
Individuals entering a City of Fremont Recreation Services program, camp, or class as a one-on-one adult aide to assist OR as a professional behavioral specialist to monitor/observe a registered child at the request of the parent/guardian, must be verified and approved in advance.
Once this form is completed, City of Fremont Recreation staff will send a form to the aide/specialist to sign via DocuSign. This must be completed before the aide/specialist attends your child's activity.
Aide/Behavioral Specialist Form Aides/Specialists must be background checked and TB tested. Please submit this form at least 7 calendar days before the start of the activity.

We're open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Closed during for lunch from 11:30am-12:30pm.

What is your refund/transfer policy?
REFUNDS are ONLY allowed if requested up to seven (7) calendar days prior to the start of the activity. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this rule, including; illness, injury, family emergencies, scheduling conflicts, forgetting about or missing classes, or any other reason not listed. Request for refunds must be received in writing via online form at this link. A $10 withdrawal fee, per class/activity, will be deducted from your refund if received (7) calendar days prior to the start of the activity and approved; and all refunds will be refunded to the payment method/credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow up to four weeks for receipt if refunded by check (if paid with cash or check).
TRANSFERS are allowed up to seven (7) calendar days prior to the start of your currently enrolled activity. There is no charge for this service. Request for transfer must be received in writing via online form at this link.
