The City of Fremont has reopened pedal boat rentals at Lake Elizabeth, offering the community a fun way to enjoy the park from the water. Beginning August 17, limited pedal boat rental operations will be available on weekends from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. through Labor Day weekend.

At this time, boating is limited exclusively to the rentable pedal boats, and personal boats are not permitted on the lake.

Visitors can stop by The Launch Snack Bar, located adjacent to the Lions Picnic Area at the Central Park Visitors Center, for pedal boat rentals, snacks, beverages, treats, and more.

Operating hours: Weekends from 12:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. until September 7th. 

The Launch Offerings:

Pedal Boats are rented on a first-come, first-serve basis beginning at 12:00 p.m. The last one-hour rental shall take place at 4:30 p.m. All boats must be off the water by 5:30 p.m.
