Explore the Farm

Experience life on a family farm from 1890 to 1930. Wander the grounds of the former Patterson estate, where George and Clara Patterson’s family farmed the land for more than 100 years, starting in the 1850s.

The East Bay Regional Park District has operated Ardenwood as a working turn-of-the-20th-century farm since 1985. The City of Fremont organizes tours and kids camps there.
