This application is for Approved Tree Contractors to fill out on behalf of property owners for tree pruning, or removal and replacement.

Incomplete Applications

If items are missing/incomplete on the tree permit application submitted, your tree permit application will be voided/rejected. A new application will need to be submitted for review.

Applications for Development or Construction Projects

If this application is for a tree that is or will be part of a development, re-development, or other construction project then do not continue with the application.
