Submission is now closed for the FY 2026/2027 Cycle.

Applicants who wish to apply to the Special Event Sponsorship Program (SESP) must first submit a letter of intent (LOI).  The LOI is a very simple form collecting basic information regarding the event and the event organization. The City requires this information in order to determine initial eligibility for event sponsorship.  Applicants must have an approved LOI in order to submit a full application for consideration of funding.
